If only it were that easy! Will it can be when you have the road map! Apex Physiques is back with tips on how to make your shoulders look more sexier than ever! After a lot of experimentation and careful thought we came up with a workout that will give you nice round shapely shoulders that will create the illusion of a smaller waist. However that does not mean you should not keep your diet in check. As we always say, nutrition is the foundation of all results. This is simply something else you can do to help transform your physique. This goes for both men and women.
Here is a workout for you to try but we must WARN you, it is not easy!!! Have fun and train smart.

Giant Set X3
A1: Seated Side Dumbbell Lateral Raises - 30 reps (last 10 reps should suck) **each set you have to increase weight
A2: Seated Neutral Grip Shoulder Press Machine Presses - To failure!! ** Once failed go straight into into partial reps to failure, 5-6 inches up from the bottom
A3: Standing Dumbbell Upright Row - 20 reps (last 10 should suck)
A4: Seated Dumbbell Modified Front Lateral Raises - 15 reps (last 5 reps should suck...front delts on fire)
A5: Seated Dumbbell Front Hammer Raises - To failure!! **You should not be able to get many reps here.
Rest for 90 seconds.
